All rates and confirmations are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, fuel charges, additional stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed by the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in 1/2 hr increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order. All reservation types include a 30 minute waiting grace period at pick-up location; if you exceed the grace period you will be charged every additional minute (Sedan $3 per minute, SUV $5 per minute, Mini VAN $8 per minute). Pricing is subject to change without notice.

By utilizing bengurionlimo.com By Israel Limousine and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, you expressly authorize your credit card/corp account to be charged in accordance with our rates, policies & terms.

CANCELLATIONS

Reservations cancelled by email support@bengurionlimo.com 72 hours or more before the pick up time will be refunded to bengurionlimo.com account in the amount of 100%. Customer may use money refunded to bengurionlimo.com account to make new reservations for another date and time within 90 days from the date refund was issued to bengurionlimo.com account.

Cancellations are accepted by email support@bengurionlimo.com only. Cancellation for sedans/SUVs/MiniVan's must be received 72 hours or more before the posted time of pickup. A Cancellation Fee in the amount of 100% of order price will be applied, otherwise.

FOR ALL VEHICLES: Cancellation fee applies in the amount of 100% of order price if cancelled within 72 HOURS from pick up time. Cancellations are accepted by email support@bengurionlimo.com only. Email Confirmation of Cancellation will be sent and must be retained by client as proof of cancellation.

bengurionlimo.com By Israel Limousine cannot be held responsible for delays due to inclement weather conditions, or mechanical issues that may arise, due to weather. Airport Arrivals & Departure Transfers: bengurionlimo.com requires all cancellations be received no less than 72 hours prior to pickup time. Round trip orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders. If you there is no car at the airport for you, or they cannot find chauffeur, you MUST call the office to inquire about your car before leaving in a different mode of transportation – If you do not call the office and leave in a different vehicle, you will be charged the full amount for the trip.

CHANGE POLICY

bengurionlimo.com requires that all changes be received by email support@bengurionlimo.com only (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 72 hours prior to pickup for all orders and are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

You may notice some additional charges to your reservation as a result of additional waiting time.

Fees Charged for:

• Business Class Sedan
• Every reservation type includes 30 minutes waiting time (from pick up time). Additional waiting time for 'Business Class Sedan' is $3 per minute.

• Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)
• Every reservation type includes 30 minutes waiting time (from pick up time). Additional waiting time for 'Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)' is $5 per minute.

• Mini Van
• Every reservation type includes 30 minutes waiting time (from pick up time). Additional waiting time for 'Mini Van' is $8 per minute.

All our vehicles have a No Smoking policy. A fee of $5000 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $1500

All deposits are non-refundable.
